Piyush Patel - Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Piyush is responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the company with a firm
footing on solid core values, client-centric mission, and culture of loyalty and integrity.
Before founding Kyra, Piyush worked with a fast growing technology company where he
held various technical and executive positions. He also served as a Research Affiliate at
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Piyush holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree
from Gujarat University, India, a Master of Computer Science degree from Stevens Institute
of Technology in NJ, attended the University of Michigan's MBA program, and is a graduate
of Harvard's Owner/President Management Program.

Herb Fillyaw - VP, Business Development

Herb's primary responsibility is to forge long-term symbiotic relationships with clients based
on high quality performance and service.
With over 20 years of experience in the State Government and majority of it as either CIO of
the Florida Department of Financial Services or the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
Services, both cabinet agencies, Herb has a deep understanding of clients' needs and
expectations that go beyond the technical sphere. Additionally, Herb is a former Chairman of
the State CIO Council, which is comprised of CIO's from all 36 agencies of the State of Florida.
Herb attended Valdosta Technical College and Valdosta State University majoring in Digital
Systems and Microprocessors. Herb has been a frequent speaker at Government and
Technology conferences and has written articles for or has been quoted by several trade
and business publications.

Jaydeep "Jay" Patel - VP, Business Operations

Jay is responsible for the business operations with special emphasis on human resource
management, finance, and associate support infrastructure.
Before joining Kyra, Jay was the General Manager of a government contractor in New York
and handled all aspects of multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with various government
agencies. Prior to that, Jay honed his business skills in electronics manufacturing and
five-generation family business of trading. Jay is a Project Management Institute certified
PMP, holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University in India,
and is a Harvard Business School alumnus as a graduate of its Program for
Leadership Development.

Louis Smith - VP, Technology Innovation

Louis performs the role of Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for providing technical
guidance for several key clients and their projects.
Louis has over 30 years' experience in working directly with clients' executive leadership
teams to revitalize or re-imagine their entire IT portfolio and all aspects of performing
Enterprise Architecture. He has performed "immersion mentoring" of Enterprise Architects
to Managers and Directors of major corporations across the US. He is an accomplished speaker
and has made presentations in the Americas and Europe covering the private, public, federal,
and military verticals with keen insight and creative solutions for his clientele.
